Beautiful store and friendly staff
Staff are welcoming and polite. I warped a ring somehow and they were able to provide a reasonable quote, send it off to be fix it, returned beautiful back to me in a timely manor. I always recommend Wharram's for all your watch and jewellery needs.

Initially had a great experience getting 3 rings resized, 2 of which needed to be repaired. My wedding band came back dirty with loose stones so I brought it back and they offered to send it back out for repair which I agreed to. After waiting about a month with no call, I called to ask what was going on. They said my ring failed quality control and would be back later that week. Okay, no problem.
