Initially had a great experience getting 3 rings resized, 2 of which needed to be repaired. My wedding band came back dirty with loose stones so I brought it back and they offered to send it back out for repair which I agreed to. After waiting about a month with no call, I called to ask what was going on. They said my ring failed quality control and would be back later that week. Okay, no problem. Walked in with my watch running but needing a new battery; walked out with a BROKEN watch !!! Went in to have a new watch battery put in my watch. Woman at watch repair desk was totally unfriendly and non-welcoming from the minute I walked in. After many attempts to reassemble the watch she returned it to me nonfunctioning.... basically blaming me for bringing in a broken watch!!! Was a horrible experience, terrible customer service, and no apology!!! I will never return!!!!
