Was recently transferred to this office and have had a terrible experience. I was prescribed medication that is new to me and was told I would get a call to follow up and check in within a week, however after 2 weeks I had to call the clinic myself to see what was going on only to learn the doctor was on vacation and would not be back for 2 weeks. So not only being left in the dark as to what to do going forward, I was also unable to get an answer on how to continue with my current medication and how to approach refilling it... read more
If I could give a zero I would. The 3 reception staff had no idea what they were doing. Telling multiple patients coming in that they did not have an appointments that day and have nothing on file. Doctors offices usually run behind but these doctors were so far behind that the several patients waiting were starting arguments with reception staff. Great doctor he care and listen
Worst staff. They will make you wait for 40 minutes even though you’re reaching 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment. Staff doesn’t even communicate about the wait times. Ridiculous service and unprofessional people. I won’t recommend this place for anyone.
