I had warff excavating put in a storm shelter it leaked they came back and replaced shelter but did not level out the dirt tried to contact them they wouldn't return my calls so i had to level my own yard by hand i wouldn't ever ever recommend this company to do any work for anyone but there money and ran piss poor company

We do not go back and level out after a shelter install and Mr. **** was told that. It takes approximately three months for the soil around the shelter to settle and that’s the responsibility of the home owner to keep up with the soil around the unit as it slowly settles. Mr. **** in fact did NOT call several times, he was told once and also before installation. I challenge him to show his phone records because that is not the truth. It’s upsetting that Mr. **** has sadly mistaken the circumstances.
I had a lot of leaking in my basement and drainage problems in the yard. I recieved a good quote and Matt and his team arrived when they said they would and on time. They were professional and polite! They waterproofed my basement explaining every step of the way. Couldn't have asked for a better experience!
