Very old resort . Need many upgrades starting with bedding cover , kitchen ... The location is very nice , view of the lake .
We will stay again!!
I came down with a few friends on a bike to do my brothers ashes and when I checked in the lady was real nice she gave me a shirt that had the name on it . She made my hole day turn to a better day when we checked in. The room was clean and had plenty of room for us all we set out side and it was nice the big tub was a plus. We loved it there we be back every year we come to hot springs . Lisa from Batesville.
Definitely will be staying there again and again. Check in was so easy. And check out was just as easy. Staff was great.
