You must read the RX. I asked 2x of if you included the correct syringe for a toddler. Instead you gave a 1ML syringe when the RX called for 8 ML = traumatizing my autistic son beyond what was necessary! What should have been an easy drive thru experience ended up being an hour trip, unstrapping my very sick toddler coming inside, waiting since your system was not getting the RX, playing phone tag with the Pediatrician's office, then more waiting.
