won me over Love this place everything for one stop shopping. Great service and helpful. Not just for dogs they have everything you need for all types of pets, including horses. Then there is the clothing store and gift shop.
Misleading sales person I purchased Frontline Plus for my dogs from the Wharf. It did not kill the fleas so I went back the next week and asked about what to do. I was told by the sales person at the Wharf that I could buy another package to apply (it would not hurt the dogs) and that if the second dose did not work I could get a refund. After one more week we still had fleas, so I went back to the Wharf to get my refund and purchase some flea spray and I was treated quite rudely and denied my refund. Pet supply & clothing store I liked the Warf because I can buy all my pets supplies in one place.They have thing for horses, cat & dogs.They have high end name brand pet foods for less money than the chain stores do.Its a wonderful store for work boots,riding boots, rain gear as well as western wear.I have nothing negitive to say about the store.The employees are very well trained on what they sell.They will special order items if they are out or don't stock it.They have pet shot clinics at their store 2 Sundays a month for ... read more
