Best realtor I've ever met and I know a few! Mr. Whaples was very helpful, knowledgeable and patient. I received a letter and flyer from him and gave him a chance to tell me what he thought of my estate. I had a very difficult estate to deal with that was in probate and in a very poor state of condition to say the least. He was very helpful through all of it. Todd Bassler found a home for us that was much better than we ever imagined we would be able to find. He found the house and negotiated the sale before the house even went on the market! He was extremely helpful and professional throughout the process and kept escrow running smoothly from beginning to end. A top notch agent and highly recommended!
Todd Whaples was top notch for my dad’s probate sale. He is well skilled and adept in the complexities of probate law and navigates the minute details well as they present.
