All developers are evil and greedy. It was a 100+ year old amusement park now it's just more d mned condos. All real estate agents should be jailed for what they take from our world.
The woman who showed us the apartment... Had a hurry up and let's get this over with attitude.. They were showing it to a lot of people. And we got to see a few of not arrive and leave.. The apartment was small and overpriced.
I love living here- it is quiet, maintenance is prompt and respectful, my neighbors are friendly, and overall it is a well maintained and peaceful place to live. I don't understand "paper thin" walls comment- I rarely if ever hear sounds from other units. The electric is through Unitil and it has central air- so regarding the electricity cost comment: once I changed my electric supplier by calling Unitil (again- this is Unitil- not the apartment place) my bill is between 177-199 a month. Worst place to live!!! Above me lives a malicious old man who makes purposeful noises all the time. I've already complained to the office several times and it's getting worse, he drags and moves things all day. He is a malicious person and it seems that he is racist.
