All developers are evil and greedy. It was a 100+ year old amusement park now it's just more d mned condos. All real estate agents should be jailed for what they take from our world.
The woman who showed us the apartment... Had a hurry up and let's get this over with attitude.. They were showing it to a lot of people. And we got to see a few of not arrive and leave.. The apartment was small and overpriced.
I love living here- it is quiet, maintenance is prompt and respectful, my neighbors are friendly, and overall it is a well maintained and peaceful place to live. I don't understand "paper thin" walls comment- I rarely if ever hear sounds from other units. The electric is through Unitil and it has central air- so regarding the electricity cost comment: once I changed my electric supplier by calling Unitil (again- this is Unitil- not the apartment place) my bill is between 177-199 a month.
