Just bought a new car at Whaling City Mazda, and was extremely happy with the experience. The entire team was professional and personable. They worked to transfer the specific model/trim combination I wanted from another dealer, and honored all commitments made during the process. This was my first time buying from a dealership, and I’d heard horror stories about dealers in general, but Whaling City impressed. Thank you Jorge, Nick, Anthony and the rest of the team. I enjoy the car more every time I drive it!
Total waste of time. I called ahead and spoke with Miranda Gomez. Asked specifically if the 2023 CX9 was available. She said yes and I made an appointment to come in and see it. When I get there I am told, sorry we already have 2 cash deposits and it’s not available. Then the salesman said “we’re waiting on the title to come in anyways.” So two questions: why isn't Miranda actually checking if the cars are available?
