My experience at Whaling City Mazda was fantastic. John Augello was knowledgeable, thorough, and presented me with very fair prices for both the vehicle I purchased and my trade-in. I also really liked the car sale gong! Would recommend.

I have a complaint about the lot lizard (I use the term affectionately) y'all hired to run around maintaining the lots and stuff. I drove into the main lot and came across a guy with a bunch of keys and he was courteous and knowledgeable about the stock on hand. He directed me towards the main building to speak with a salesperson afterwards. My only complaint about the guy, is that he's doing too good of a job Especially with the summer heat.
