I needed to charge my Mach E in freezing cold weather. Not only did they let me sit for several hours but Eric who worked there drove me to Dunkin Donuts to get something to eat. They were so kind - I wish I lived closer so I could use their service department!

I have spent the last 8 months requesting a GAP Insurance refund that I still haven't received. Insurance company confirmed that I qualified for the refund and they sent a check to Whaling City. Every time I have called or stopped in to ask I have been given a difference excuse. I would be happy to delete this review if I'm ever reimbursed what I'm owed.
