Out of budiness!
My parents had a great experience with Terry so in calling him and leaving a message, he returned my call the same day and he setup a time to come out to service my grandfather clock the next day! He was able to have the clock functioning again and took the time to familiarize me with it and how to keep it running long term. I will recommend him to anyone needing a clock serviced!
In the 1940's, my great uncle brought back to the US a cuckoo clock from Germany. Unfortunately, the 70+ years of moves and storage before I got it weren't kind to the mechanisms and it couldn't keep time or make a sound anymore. My mom and I took the sad thing to Mr. Whaley with no expectations for such an old machine, but figured it was worth a shot.
