Had a home I was renting for years. After the previous tenant destroyed the property I truthfully thought no one was going to buy it. Carson gave me the offer I wanted and he bought my house as-is. Thank you to offer now & Carson!
Do NOT sign with these people. Biggest waste of time!! They swore they would buy the home no matter what (not just if they found a buyer) locked me into a contract promising it would close quick. They never even showed up for their scheduled inspection. Never rescheduled. I tried countless times reaching out and trying to stay in contact but nobody would return my calls. On of their workers owes money for a water bill he didn’t pay on my home. Never use or buy from Carson Whaley. Oh, now he’s threatening to sue me for slander, even though I have physical proof of the bill with his name. Saying this company has nothing to do with it, which doesn’t matter because the professionalism or lack there of matters. How about that for an edit. Now he continues to harass me to take this bad review down/ Intimidate me I will be contacting law-enforcement if he continues.
My experience with Carson and his team was amazing. He guided my wife and I through every step of the process. My questions were answered promptly and my payout was up front.
Carson and his whole team were very professional and answered any and all questions we had. I will recommend him and his team to anyone who wants to sell their house.
