Customer Service is non-existent and repair work was not completed and they refused to fix anything after they got paid. I cannot express how bad and dishonest these people are! Stay away
Having had two cars repaired here previously and coming highly recco'd when I moved to town, extremely disappointed in their customer service. Drove 40 minutes to get an estimate on another car and found they have a new policy of only 11-1 for walk in estimates. Would be nice to know and mark the manager said /-/- well it's on the door! Great people, great work! I would not hesitate to use Whaley's again.
Someone poured nail polish down the side of my car down the road. These gentlemen quickly got me into a bay and removed it. Car door looks better than when I brought it to them. I will definitely be going back!
