Back in 2012 I went in to have some dental work done before leaving for Washington State. About a week later 1/3 of my back molar fell out from Whalen fracturing it and one other filling fell out as well! When I came back to town for a week to visit family, I was informed they were too booked to see me and fix what work they had done using my insurance! It is now 2018 and I find out Whalen had the Gall to turn me into a collection Agency, for the amount of $241, which I do not owe! Not once did they contact me about owing an... read more
Comfortable pleasant and yes fun these people are fabulous
I have been to a number of dentist offices in my time but this one was worth a five star review. Had a lot of issues to fix and the process went smoother than I hoped. The top dentist in Red Bluff.
We have been very pleased with the work as well as the consideration we have received from Dr. Whalen and her staff. Definately would recommend Dr. Whalen to anyone who wishes quality and compassion in their dental care.
