Someone called my aunt from this business and came to see the problem, but couldn't fix it then, so had to schedule that for later. Then the person from Whalen texted that the pics she took didn't come out right so she had to come back just to take pics, and THEN schedule to fix the exterior lights that my aunt asked to be fixed or replaced before move in.
