My bike is awesome. The service is awesome and the people are just as great. 5/5 for selection, customer service, repairs and everything else!
My boyfriend bought his bike here nearly a year ago and every time we go in, every single person is so nice! The customer service is amazing and they all feel like family. The selection of bikes is just as great and as they get settled into their awesome new location, inventory keeps on picking up! From the moment i stepped in to Whalen Powersports i was in awe, from the wide variety of helms and gear to the visually stunning arrangement of bikes in the showroom. Kyle really does his best for his customers and takes his job very seriously. I was a little rude to the guy when I was upset about a finance company mixup. Fast responses. tries his best to please the customer even if he knows he can't have a sale financed. (Not making money.) I will go in person soon but I would of bounced on a bike from this shop so quick.
I wish I could give them no stars at all. Worst motorcycle buying experience of my life. Customers service was absolutely horrible. I showed up to the dealership before anyone got there and was the first person there at 9am after driving all the way from Naples and was the last customer to leave around 5pm. They gave me the run arounds, had nothing prepared and kept asking me basic questions that should have been asked over the phone or on the application.
