No rest here! Bought a Purple Mattress a few years ago with a 10 year warranty. WG&R will not come and replace it, even though it has failed to uphold to its promised quality. They state one must pay more to have someone come out and inspect it. Another $160 plus dollars. Not the first or second time we have burned by this business!!!! See they are having a Labor Day Sale and wanted to warn prospective buyers; BEWARE!
We just bought a WG&R Elite Plush Queen size mattress. Great quality. Tim Danke was our salesman & he was terrific! He was very patient & explained about every mattress that we looked at. He's very knowledgeable of all the items in the store. We're very happy with our purchase.
Just purchased a new tempurpedic bed frame and purple mattress. Tim Danke helped me out the whole time. Excellent service, answered every question I had. Definitely a great experience. He made sure I had all the discounts included. If only every establishment took pride like this. I’ll be back for sure.
