This was one of my options for renting in that area and I definitely made a mistake by applying. They do a hard inquiry on your credit and then run a background check. I have somewhat challenges in both areas from younger days. The owner is so out of touch with Customer and send text messages as a way of not calling. If you disapproved based on Criminal Background at least take the extra stop to read the full disclosure or disposition of the case that you ruled that person ineligible for.. i IN NO way was rude or racist. The criminal were as per i copied and pasted to you. There was no further information about this case. I did not know your race...you did not upload a picture id with your application ..... so being racist is NULL AND VOID on your part. Respectfully **********
