Charged $95 diagnostic fee and didn't check the pressures, didn't have the tool to take the caps off. Told us it's not working but he doesn't know why. No follow up whatsoever.
Extremely disappointed. Have been a WG Speeks customer since our initial house was built in 1994. Have had numerous service contracts on multiple houses at the same time. We always experienced excellent service until recently. During our last two preventive maintenance service visits we were told there were issues with the units even though they were running fine. I had a house built in 2017 and the ac/heat unit was installed by W.G.Speeks. We had several issues early to correct the undersized unit and they somewhat fixed it. Now its two years later and I came home to a cold house. I called them about the problem. They told me the unit is under warranty. Sounds good right??? The dispatcher called me and said it could be fixed in 7 mins and it would cost me $320.00. Thats unreasonable.
