I am a new sailboat owner. The previous owners records indicated that Bill did a lot of the work on my boat. All of which is working beautifully. The lights in the cabin were working inconsistently to say the least. I have Bill a call, I left a message. His response time was quick. He is thorough and professional. Stands by his work and easy to get a hold of. Also patient at explaining things to a newbie. Highly recommend and grateful to have him in Olympia.

William helped us with some annual maintenance on our boat. He was great to work with and made sure we had our questions answered. When we had a little emergency with our boat, William was very responsive to help us out.
