If you are a veteran or a loved one of a veteran, do NOT come here at night. Dr. Mahmood is an absolute disgrace to the healthcare profession. God forbid you know anything about the healthcare system at all and ask for specific tests to be performed. He will question your "level of education." Not only that, but I highly suspect he is prejudiced against certain types of veterans due to his poorly written and incredibly inaccurate doctors note. Typically anytime I had to go to this Va, my experience has been great. This last time, I didn’t feel the same. I had to go on Friday. I’m typically a fully mobile and capable individual but this injury caused me to be brought in, via a wheelchair. The staff made me feel like a burden, when it came to having to use the bathroom. I was never offered assistance to be put in the bed from the wheelchair, so I sat in it about 5 hours. Getting water was the hardest, I asked 4 times, 4 different people.
