Well when the library closes down there's no place to go to the bathroom, so the little alley be the side entrance is ( from what I heard the best place to relieve ones self. This really goes for all the buildings downtown, again from what I heard. But after a while you get used to the smell as even the restrooms that are open are themselves covered in piss.
I really had to think about this review. The WG building is absolutely beautiful and historic. It's centrally located and right across the street from a beautiful public library. I've been a resident at WG for almost a month now. I will admit, when I first moved in there were a lot of hiccups. The room was not ready on the lease date and there was no communication with the property manager. Run!!! The apartments are spacious, location is good but you cant ever get in touch with Management, My lease ended September 2022 call to to renew my lease i finally received my new lease June 23 2023 with only 7 days to sign it. Now I'm stuck here until July 2024. Maintenance is awful they come & look at the problem then say we will be back & never come. Now you pay a utilities fee that fee depends on your apt size. I'm definitely moving when my lease is up.
They are scammers, never rent with them, they take advantage, they robbed a relative and they are also racist.
