roaches and the property manger is the rudest person i have ever worked with. she doesn’t care that the building she runs is infested with roaches, she’ll actually fight you to tell you they aren’t 🤣🤣 ( they very much are american cockroaches) and she’ll try to tell you they don’t carry diseases but they actually hangout in sewer lines….they def have diseases. Gross place. she also mentioned rats to me so i think they have rats too i never saw one tho.

Well when the library closes down there's no place to go to the bathroom, so the little alley be the side entrance is ( from what I heard the best place to relieve ones self. This really goes for all the buildings downtown, again from what I heard. But after a while you get used to the smell as even the restrooms that are open are themselves covered in piss.

I really had to think about this review. The WG building is absolutely beautiful and historic. It's centrally located and right across the street from a beautiful public library. I've been a resident at WG for almost a month now. I will admit, when I first moved in there were a lot of hiccups. The room was not ready on the lease date and there was no communication with the property manager.
