Very accommodating. Provided cold refreshments. Comfortable chairs in the meeting room.
The worst title company I have ever dealt with. I had to search county documents myself, that were readily available online from the county where the property was located. I had to argue several times with the escrow officer about issues that should have been resolved by the title company. Closing documents were poorly prepared with numerous spelling errors and incorrect dates. In attempting to close on a property with Monica Montez one of the "Best in their company" she has been unbearable to deal with for myself and my realtor -Unresponsive -Unreliable -Unprofessional If I ever need a property with her again I'd sooner skip town and be homeless If you have to work with this company ask for someone who cares about you and their job NOT Monica Montez
