Good and Efficient Title Company
Extremely unprofessional closing experience. This was by far the worst seller closing experience I’ve ever had. After signing all documents and handing over the keys to my home, I received no clear communication, no finalized documents, and no confirmation of when funds would be wired. I had to chase answers myself through my agent via text message — not directly from the title company — which is unacceptable for a real estate transaction involving six figures.
