I was a loyal customer since June 2018. For 5 and a half years I was happy storing my items there. I moved to the suburbs in July 2023 and thought I could gradually move the items I had there slowly. This will be my last storage room in Chicago. That all changed in late August of 2023. I received a phone call from the representative saying that there had been a fire and I was to move my items IMMEDIATELY!
