Great doctors- mostly great staff- was scolded by Marisa for not waiting to be called about a premaid script being ready and in a rude tone that I would be charged a fee next time. You could have just said it wasn’t ready- no time for rudeness in any business- unpleasantly surprised😪
my cat was diagnosed with diabetes. The doctors and staff have been excellent with his treatment. we were in contact by emails and many phone calls on the steps Involved in caring for Paisley. he is now off of the insulin. I loved everything about them. I will tell every one to take their cats here. thank you Claire

I have used the cat clinic ever since they opened in the Landing. (I guess over 30 years.) Even though I no longer have a cat, I can still count on you to help in an emergency. My friends’ cat was in distress when I called for help. You took us immediately, treated us with kindness and compassion, and helped us say goodbye to a most beloved kitty. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Grace, always grateful for your presence and connection to my past babies.
