This place is staffed with people who are under paid, over worked, and yet not enough staffing to handle the patient load. In the upstairs "SkilledNursing area on the second floor, almost all of the phones in the patient's rooms are broken, so they can't make outbound calls. The bed linen, towels, and wash clothes are cleaned " in- house", Therefore, are not sanitized; the are dingy, worn, and appear to still have blood stains and dirt on them.
