DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVED ONE HERE – HORRIFIC ABUSE AND NEGLECT If I could give Wexner Heritage Village zero stars, I would. This facility is absolutely horrendous, and I would strongly urge anyone considering it for a loved one to look elsewhere. What my 95 year-old grandmother endured here was nothing short of abuse. After being admitted following a hospital stay, she was treated with complete disregard for her dignity and well-being. Food is horrible and very small portions. Entertainment is great. The medical care is just fine. Don't move here until there is a new caterer.
I had the privilege of having my mother and grandmother admitted to this facility. I think the staff is overworked and I see them doing multiple positions. The STN that really stands out is Darlene who really works hard. She has been taking great care of my grandmother and makes sure that she doesn’t need for anything. When I come to visit I constantly see her walking up and down the halls checking on her patients. She has truly been a blessing and I want to commend her for her awesome job. Staff is not helpful, non caring, badly manage, non informative. A family member had fallen not once, but twice and was not then told of incidents,contact people on contact list or even when visiting said patient, was not informed of said insadent, information to the patients family, contacts of said patient.
Amazing Day, I want to take this opportunity to highly recommend the facility.
