I never thought I would call out a business publicly, but I am definitely calling out Wexner Heritage Village. My mom was there from November 14th, 2023 to March 20th, 2024. Loooong story short, if that place was the last rehab facility on earth, I would NEVER send her back there. Within the first 100 days there she was basically laying in her bed, maybe once or twice or a week they would take her to the "gym" for PT, which was about 10 minutes long. The staff and management are wonderful to work with, everyone we spoke with were so kind and thoughtful. The admissions team was more than happy to sit down and discuss all of my questions and concerns, and I left the meeting feeling great about the facility!
