I had not heard good things about this doctor. I called there. I had injured my foot. I called to see if they would have an emergency time to x-ray. My foot. Never got to see the doctor had to deal with a nasty receptionist who argued with me telling me I needed a referral when I know I do not need a referral. I have to say I am shocked by the negative comments I came in as a new patient about a month ago for an ingrown. I through Dr. Wexler was very gentle and had great bedside manner. His medical assistant Carrie was very sweet and made me laugh while I was petrified of having this procedure done. The front was very warm and kind to me. If I ever have this issue again I know who I can add to my list of doctors I like.
I'm surprised by the negative reviews. I have been going to Dr. Wexler for many years. I find his staff very warm, friendly and helpful. Dr. Wexler is wonderful. Quiet manner which I like in a doctor along with experience, very friendly, nice smile and overall a wonderful office to be treated in. I would highly recommend him. Marilyn Unick
To my surprise, it was the office staff who fitted me for orthotics. The fitting consisted of me stepping on some foam. The doctor barely even entered the room. The orthotic inserts I got from this group are of inferior quality and I am not able to use them.
