I'm surprised by the negative reviews. I have been going to Dr. Wexler for many years. I find his staff very warm, friendly and helpful. Dr. Wexler is wonderful. Quiet manner which I like in a doctor along with experience, very friendly, nice smile and overall a wonderful office to be treated in. I would highly recommend him. Marilyn Unick
To my surprise, it was the office staff who fitted me for orthotics. The fitting consisted of me stepping on some foam. The doctor barely even entered the room. The orthotic inserts I got from this group are of inferior quality and I am not able to use them.
Really wish I had read the reviews. Do not go there, do not send anyone you care about there. Dr. Wexler doesn't just have poor bedside manner, he's just plain rude. He does not listen to anything you say and I left in pain for an unnecessary reason. The office itself has not been updated since before I was born -first red flag, I can't say anything bad about the support stuff. They were pleasant but wow I'm still uneasy about my experience.
Extremely rude staff, unprofessional doctor.. walked out and would not go back.
