Set an appointment as a new patient with Dr. Nicolas Merzlak, and at first didn't recognize him because the photo of MyChart is a bit old I think. Literally the lack of glasses made my brain need a reset. The check-in was nice, very polite and welcoming (Really nice Hades and Persephone tattoo), even asked if it was a veiling day or something, which nobody has asked me that. Small reception, not very welcoming.
Dr. Wittman is great! She really helped me during a time of crisis while going through postpartum, overwork and mental health issues. I will recommend her from the mountaintops. She was kind, empathetic and genuine.
The staff there are incredibly rude. The office manager for Dr. Miller told me that mychart messages can be used in court - her name is Cindy. That was in response to me requesting a manager phone call because their Medical Assistant Caitlin sent me a rude message on mychart and didn't answer my medical question. Absolutely disgusting behavior.
DO NOT go to this place. They are all absolutely incompetent. I went here out of convinience and it was the worst mistake. Now that I am done with this practice, they have left me no choice but to leave my first ever Google review. I am 21 years old, I do not care to leave Google reviews. However, I refuse to let anyone else be treated with such little care from a medical facility.
