For 3 years he postponed trial and did not file any motions with the court or prepare the client for trial. He wanted a plea deal and the client didn't. In hindsight he was probably right about that. Finally, Judge Michael Fitzgerald replaced him with a court appointed attorney. The $25,000 deposit was never refunded.
