Free parking is the three stars. Every time I go here, something goes wrong. My first visit the doctor performed a procedure that wasn’t covered by my insurance. That should have been pre-authorized. The next time I went for just a simple blood draw the phlebotomist perforated my vein and I actually saw the needle come out the other side and it would not stop bleeding and I am not on blood thinners. The Physician assistant in 2022 at med express was extremely rude and unprofessional. The physical therapy dept was none better. From these reviews I was correct on my impressions I see.
I’m a nurse & the MA Nichol K is probably one of the worst I’ve dealt with in 30 years in this field . She was cold , uncaring and extremely rude .
Had to go to the ER, and we were treated with kindness and had virtually no wait time. Everyone that we encountered that night was very helpful. Definitely will go back there compared to Passavant.
