I received exceptional care at the AHN Health + Wellness facility's urgent care. The very knowledgeable and competent staff had me in and out quickly including exrays and all. I was out within an hour. Best decision I made very friendly professional staff.
Poorly signed and staffed. Can't find anything.
Free parking is the three stars. Every time I go here, something goes wrong. My first visit the doctor performed a procedure that wasn’t covered by my insurance. That should have been pre-authorized. The next time I went for just a simple blood draw the phlebotomist perforated my vein and I actually saw the needle come out the other side and it would not stop bleeding and I am not on blood thinners. She was an angry person and it showed. The following time I went for a lab test they lost my script and I had to wait two hours... read more
