Could not connect one of my two devices to the WiFi, had to reset the credentials then it worked. My keycard did not initially work it had to be re-programmed. WiFi is stable, but throttled to 60megabit down and up, per device. The toilets were not clean when I visited, water all over the floor, etc. The toilet stalls have a weird window where you can peer into the stalls for some reason. The location is great with fast elevators, there is free water and coffee, and free barista made coffee from 8am to noon.

I recently got a tour of the facilities from a contractor. The vibe, layout and set up is top notch
There standard of Shared Workspaces in Perth are not great and the lack of competition means the quality stay low. Wifi is not that good, Printer may or may not be working. Over all service is pleasant but typically unhelpful. You will get lot of push back emails and no one will just solve the problem.
