I used to come here to work a few years ago and can say the quality has really gone down. There’s only one floor with proper desks, and it’s very loud and busy. It’s connected to the cafeteria so as I am working, I am also smelling peoples food and hearing their lunch conversations. It’s loud, they’ve tried to optimize financials by renting out floors to businesses rather than having a few desks that aren’t connected to the cafeteria. Been working out of WeWork at 240 Richmond for a bit now and honestly it’s a solid spot. The space is clean, modern, and has a great vibe without being too loud or distracting, plus the WiFi is fast, the coffee’s good, and there are plenty of areas to work or take meetings. The location is super convenient downtown too. Huge shoutout to the WeWork team, Nicole is always super helpful whenever I have questions, Ralph puts on some of the best events, and Akra is always fun to talk to.
