Getting any help or finding basic information was such a long process. Not only is the automated answering machine annoying, it only patches you to a sales rep. No direct line to the help desk.
I've been a member of WeWork since 2018 and have worked out of several locations in Atlanta. The vibe in Decatur is by far the best. You're a few minutes from the square, and the space itself is fantastic. But the staff is by far the highlight. Everyone is extremely helpful and kind, and they remember who you are! They go above and beyond to help, too! If you're looking for a co-work location, swing by 120 W. Trinity and take a look. You won't be disappointed.
The space itself is clean, quiet, and well-designed, with convenient phone booths and comfortable common areas. Way is great to work with—he was friendly, attentive, and highly dependable, and really helped make the experience feel welcoming.
I love my space
I’ve been a member at WeWork Decatur since 2021 and have had a great experience. It’s a clean, comfortable, and professional place to work, with a great atmosphere and community feel.
