Things they don’t advertise: 1. Parking is NOT provided or validated and is $30/day 2. Hope you didn’t need to print anything, because the printer is a “member privilege.” 3. Wi-fi credentials are strangely located in “settings” of WeWork app. 4. On-site staff were actually really nice though.

When we signed our lease in 2017, things were up in order. We enjoyed the tap, fruit water, and coffee/tea. Colony Square is a great location and has a monthly parking fee in addition. Since the start if 2023, please forget about fruit water prepandemic (it has never returned), and replenishments of coffee on every floor. Conference rooms began closing for reasons unbeknownst to us, thus us tenants not being able to booked them with conference room credits.
