The wellness room is always dusty and has a bad smell. I’ve reported it several times, but nothing has been done. The hot water on the water fountain has also been broken for a long time—it only drips a tiny amount, and no one seems interested in fixing it. The wellness room is reservation-only, limited to 30 minutes, and only available from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., which is much more restrictive than WeWork locations in other cities. Fantastic space and amazing team. I will highly recommend the WeWork location at 100 University Avenue. A special shout-out to Lucas and Jen for their excellent service. They are both professional, welcoming, and great at their craft.
