If we put price, quantity, and quality aside, the service here is terrible! Extremely rude and unprofessional. I was given ten bite dogs that were all burnt, and when I pointed it out through the glass, she just looked at me and continued with her work. I had a pretzel from this Wetzel’s recently and it was delicious. I usually get Annie’s pretzels, but I decided to mix it up. Wetzel’s pretzel was slightly crisp on the outside, fluffy, and flavorful. I liked it better than Annie’s!
