Decent pretzel shop that has regular and mini pretzels. The pizza bits are the most popular and just ok, the original pretzel was very stale and dry. The sauces are priced super high and not worth it. They have lots of drink options as well. Staff are very friendly and helpful.
Love these pretzels!!! The entire staff was super friendly and helpful. A special shout out to our cashier Izumi for making our visit pleasant and enjoyable. Would definitely recommend this location for great food and service!!
Sell over-cooked items, and the only good items appear on top of the cup. When moves to other place and started eating, found this. My kids didn't like it, not as usual
Bought a cinnamon pretzel a few weeks ago at night. Pretzel bread was STALE and hard to eat. Had to come back and talk with one of managers for a replacement a few days later with the receipt. I had business over there that is how I was able to come back, but otherwise, a wasted $7-8 bucks and I hardly got to eat it. So yeah, I guess bottom line, it depends on WHEN you go there. I went around dinner time (not closing) so that was weird.
