I normally don’t post reviews when I go to a place for the first time. This Wetzel Pretzel store was located inside a gas station. But the pretzels tasted awful here. I bought 2 Wetzel bits and asked for butter only. When I took a bite of the first Wetzel bits, it tasted awful and lack flavor (I didn’t taste any butter at all). I did see that there were only 2 Wetzel bits in the glass container. Maybe these wetzel bits were prepared in the morning and left there all day lying there. Who knows? Hours are publicly listed as 9am to 9pm. I went in at 7pm and the Wetzles staff member was cleaning out everything and told me they were closed. Seems like employees just close whenever they want.
10/10 first experience was amazing! Clean store, friendly cashier (Kenya) and great food! Kenya made my first time enjoyable with the smile on her face, the compliments she gave and ensured our food would be ready soon! Will definitely be coming back!
