How one store/kiosk ruined a franchise name. 3 issues came about when myself, my wife, and our 2 year old visited Fashion Valley in San Diego. We stopped by the Wetzel's kiosk and my wife and child sat at a table in front of the kiosk and when I went to order the employee was not friendly at all. I had ordered Hot Dog Bitz and she only handed it to me in just a cup.
