Yeah I know we were last minute like 10 minutes before they close. They pretty much start cleaning before they actually closed. So they had no salt no butter, just plain pretzels. If you want some kind of flavor to your pretzel if you have to buy a dipping sauce. Anyways I probably saved $20 on two pretzels. Disappointed but then again I'm not.
Very rude they need to hire people that actually need their job want the job. I dont need someone been rude just cause I'm placing a order. Better customer training is needed. Unfortunately cold pretzels. This is for the downstairs wetzel's pretzels.
I seriously can't walk past Wetzel's without stopping. Their pretzels are always warm, soft, and way too hard to resist.
My visit to wetzeles pretzel not only came with a dollar off coupon but a free episode of food poisoning for the whole family also. My two year old ended up at the Temecula Valley Hospital due to uncontrollable vomiting. I guess what can you expect from a food shop ran by teenagers.
Amazing, I've had it since I was a kid and I love pretzels and the pizza bites
