If I could give O stars I would. This places has turned into complete crap. We asked the worker if the pretzels were fresh and she said yes. After I already asked if they had any new ones coming out. Sat down with my son to eat our pretzels and they were so old. Then we noticed the lady taking fresh ones out of the oven. They need to work on Customer satisfaction. 10 dollars for an old pretzel with poor customer service is crazy
Disappointed! Tried to buy a couple pretzels and asked for the fresh batch. Lady said she couldn’t sell us the fresh ones and we had to get the ones that had been sitting around instead. We shouldn’t have to settle for old pretzels, specially when the fresh batch had just came out. Poor customer service and quality.
was edible, was also $8 for about 7 pizza bits, brand has really gone downhill with price, flavor offerings, and amount you get for the price - this was probably the last time I will be giving them any money
It's in the mall, so... atmosphere lol Pretzels are good, so is the frozen lemonade, but service is sooo slow. There's always like 5 people behind the counter, but only one working.
Pretzel was stale and hard- probably at least a day old
