i'm ngl i've never been to any wetzel's pretzels before i've been to this one, and i've got to say the customer service is top-notch. the girl taking my order (her name was adina) was exceptionally kind and knew exactly what to recommend to me! i hope adina knows that her overall attitude and kindness means a whole lot to whoever she may interact with in the work environment whether it be us customers or other employees, it is extremely refreshing!! :D
OMG!! Best place ever if you’re looking for something to munch on savory or sweet! The young lady working behind the counter was super duper friendly and gave me some awesome recommendations. (Thank you Adina for the awesome customer service and recommendation)! They definitely have the best team staff and pretzel related foods. To Adina and the rest of the team, you are doing a fabulous job and I hope you keep up the amazing, positive attitude for everyone to experience. 100/10 customer service and food :)
Adam is awesome this is my wife’s and I 3rd time going to the main Capitol Mall location and the fresh pretzel bites and customer service with Adam has been on point every time we go there was a young lady that was there helping today I didn’t catch her name but she had great customer service too . Thank you Adam!!! We love your positive attitude and we appreciate you my man .
Just terrible. The pretzel bites were both overcooked and raw. They had several bags made in advance. I would have preferred to wait for them made fresh to order. Simply a waste of money for quality and their inability to properly cook something so basic.
If I could give O stars I would. This places has turned into complete crap. We asked the worker if the pretzels were fresh and she said yes. After I already asked if they had any new ones coming out. Sat down with my son to eat our pretzels and they were so old. Then we noticed the lady taking fresh ones out of the oven. They need to work on Customer satisfaction. 10 dollars for an old pretzel with poor customer service is crazy
