I enjoy there food no matter how overpriced it is
Visiting from out of town, Me and my friend really like soft pretzels, so we stopped by. Number 1: We were greeted with two incompetent teenagers (One male, One Female), they hardly talked besides to each other and did not seem to be trained properly. Number 2: We both order Pretzel bites, with cheese which was around 5.50 on the menu. However you have to also pay 2.20 for the nasty cheese (Atleast it was warm I guess) with tax the total is about 10$ each for these pretzels and cheese. I order pizza bitz but it soaked with oil and way too much oil but still liked this and expect for improvement if you take my feedback seriously!
Lazy!! It's over 1 hr before they close and the girl claims they don't have any other flavors but plain just is ready to go home.
This wetzels is amazing. If you go to the mesa mall go see these ladies. they will brighten your day and they got a mango tajin chamoy slushee and a warm pretzel! yall the real MVPs of the Mesa Mall.
