The girl gave me a hard pretzel like it’s been sitting there I couldn’t complain because I was close to closing time and I left and didn’t notice til I got home then I asked her for the cinnamon bitz said she couldn’t make them the bitz were already made unsalted And she cinnamon sugar was already made and I asked her can’t you just put those in sugar she said no this is horrible and my first time experiencing this there all other times it was good some girl with braids didn’t get her name
Terrible service. Sold us a drink but didn’t have the supplies to make the drink. Cash register guy had a freshly done tattoo uncovered and opened while handling food.
The customer service here was very rude. The cashier didn’t even make any type of eye contact and sounded very monotone. They had kids in the kitchen on their IPADS & then the kids started helping them out. we must’ve came after a rush because they didn’t have anything available and we all had to wait.
There was chunks of black mold on my strawberry lemonade on the bottom of my cup and my kids were finished the whole drink I went and complained and they gave me a new one and that one had mold as well. Do better on cleaning yalls machines kid's are drinking these drinks!!
