I would say I got bad service. But I didn't get service at all.
Pretzels are good but they don't make until you order. Good for freshness but bad if you wanted a quick bite before a movie.
I love pretzels unfortunately you cannot take them into the theater. the pretzels could be better.
Honestly the worst. Love the chain, but this specific one always has hard, cold food.
Soft, flavorful, and great. Love the pretzel dogs with a glass of lemonade.
