Disappointed in the quality of the pretzels. I asked for cinnamon sugar and got salt, also found a bristle from the butter bush while I was eating it. The guy that took my order was very kind!
Ordered a cinnamon pretzel today but as I looked at the paid receipt, the guy in the counter punch in cinabitz. Said he cannot refund the difference which I think is unacceptable stating I paid thru credit card. While the amount difference is not significant, the attitude of the counter person not taking accountability for his mistake is not a very pleasing experience
My Pretzel was so hard I almost Chipped a tooth. I ordered a Cheese Pretzel and it was not fresh at all. It must have been sitting on the warmer for a long time. It was hard and stale. They need to have some food safety protocol where they cant leave the pretzels out that long I feel that it is dangerous and unfair to us customers paying full price for poor quality.
