I went in on a Wednesday and they threw away the pretzels I was gonna get and said they close at 8 when it closes at 9 according to what the app says

Went there a week ago. Says they are open at 10am and when we opened the doors, which were unlocked, the employee in there said they don't open until 1130. Went back at 1130 and there weren't many options. My friend wanted the pretzel wrapped hotdog but the employee said she'd have to make it and it would take 15 minutes. The cheese pretzel I got was huge and really doughy. I feel like it could be more helpful to have more than 1 person on staff. Drove all the way to the Village just to go here Google said they opened at 10am, I was there at 1030am doors locked and no one at the counter so I called and they do not open until 11am! I didn’t have time to wait so I went somewhere else. I was even more upset when I came here to place this review and saw multiple complaints of people who have also been tricked by the incorrect operating hours and the owner still haven’t taken the steps to correct it. 0/5 stars
