Crappy attitude and service. She gave us our cheese with one pretzel but said we had to pay for the other pretzels cheese. Didn't make sense. She had attitude and a rude look on her face the entire time. First and Last time visiting here. Do better.
I went to the location close the Macys store on 01/18/26 and every were very friendly starting with the cashiers, people making the bread and even the manager was working with the crew they smiling and very profesional.
Went in at 11:30 am. Ordered an original. It was obviously made very early that day or possibly the day before. The pretzel was cold with no fresh butter on it. And it was slightly burnt on the bottom. This is the last time I'm going to Wetzel's. I have a great recipe for giant pretzels and I'm now more than happy to make them at home.
I haven't been to the mall to get pretzels 20 years really or more but wow the prices are outrageous and ridiculous I have no idea they went up that much I got a bag of pretzels small pretzel bites two little cheeses $15 that's insane
