I got a normal pretzel bite and cheese order with a frozen strawberry lemonade. The pretzels were SOAKED in oil/butter, half of them weren’t salted, and they were cold as well as the cheese. The frozen strawberry lemonade was so bitter and sour, barley any sweetness. I would rather go to any other pretzel place because this one was NOT it. Idk how you mess up on pretzels, but they 100% did.
It was so messy.. the pretzel was undercooked and staff was very rude

I got treated poorly. I was waiting for over 10 minutes after the girls in front of me got their food right away, and when it was my turn the two boys behind the counter just stared at me when I wanted to order. Finally someone came up and took my order, got my cinnamon bites and lo and behold there’s hair and what seems to look like a bug crushed up on my cinnamon bites. I’m really grossed out and the fact that I wasted my time and money here is really upsetting. Worst place ever, do not purchase anything from here.
