Bought two bits with two cheese cups for $23. And the bits tasted like regular salted bread. Come on.
I walk my dog past this place a lot and there is always a worker outside trying to give me samples instead of actually helping their coworkers in the back and their kind of annoying. I also went in there once and I saw that none of the workers wear gloves which is 🤢🤮, I don't want them touching my pretzels.
Jade was really really sweet. She was the only employee we saw in there but she was very attentive and greeted us with a smile and made small talk with us. Will definitely stop by again for her :)
Came with my son real quick to grab him a pretzel and the 2 girls working tonight jan. 31st 2025 you guys don't close for a hour n half and you guys wouldn't give us or make us one cinnamon pretzel and said you only have plain?? Really disheartening I thought better customer service from here especially in a big mall with all these customers after I stood in line to be turned away crazy
