I ordered the original bites, it was fine but I have some concerns. First when I walked up to the counter the girl there looked at me and walked away like she didn’t want to serve me. Instead someone else had to notice I wasn’t served and took my order. Thank you to the young girl for helping me . Next what I saw shocked me. I saw the rude girl eat directly from an order and dip her bare fingers in the butter . That is very unsanitary and I do not think I can come back after experiencing this.
Preethika (I hope I’m spelling her name right!) was an absolute gem and provided my boyfriend and I with the BEST experience. She handled a big lineup alone like a total pro, was so nice and friendly and welcoming, and the pretzel was delicious! Definitely recommend the cinnamon sugar pretzel with the glaze for dipping. Five stars to preethika, give her a raise!

This was my first time trying pretzels here, and I absolutely loved them! I stopped by close to closing time, so I honestly wasn't expecting much, but everything was fresh and tasted amazing. I've tried pretzels from another shop before and wasn't really impressed, but this place completely changed my mind. I give the pretzel place a 3 reason why is when the manager is there everything runs smooth and as expected but when she is not there the customer service is horrible. The girl in the back just starres at you and turn her back to talk about you to another employee I seen this done three different times in a row. The gentleman is ok but the other girl who does cash has 0 customers service skills. I had to bring back a pretzel because of finding a green like string or fibre in my first bite.
